I can make a mod that disables all that super weapon research, but i didnt had any problem with ai using them, actually ai for me use them to little and when they use them its kinda on randome target atleast form my perspective.

Construction yard provide incentive to build more cities since its 3 production eats 3 minerals, so for city that specialize in production, you need more mineral gain to sustain it. For harvesting minerals best choose a mountain tile and build a mine first before you start harvesting. This way you will get 3 instead of 1 minerals per turn. For me it works. Another thing that works is the AI using formers to gather resources and it even seems to do it on useful tiles. However, it can gather resources with formers before even researching the required technology which is probably a bug. Thats my bad actually did try to set Ai as spectat...

Flat research bonus is kinda a pain its a good boost for start but in later stage its just become less and less usefull, you could add some lore researches thrugh, that would give some multiplayer to that flat bonus. Rise of the Spitters

Thanks was medling with it for a few days and couldnt get them to attack. I really enjoy/hate them now :D
Anyways if its possible to improve thier Ai so if they are in hive defending they would attack units that attack the hive or are near it would make them even more annoying and fun :D

Did few tests but i didint find any good way to do it, exepct of making operation in operation to link operation :D
But you cant change it in normal means or unless we get some access to *.exe or xml structure ( my opinion atleast) .
