Bug/Annoyance - Apollo Manned Pre-requisites

Hi Guys, A Manned Sub-Orbital is a Pre-requisite for an Manned Orbital Mission? Seriously? It didn't happen historically. Hardware Reliability was much better, especially after the Apollo 1 Fire. It is an extra mission at a time when the player is really pushed to meet the Lunar Landing Goal. Please...

Bug - Apollo Unmanned Sub-Orbital Sunk on Recovery

Hi Guys, My Apollo Capsule performed almost flawlessly throughout it's Sub-orbital flight and re-entry, only to Catastrophically Fail on the Recovery Step (LAST STEP!) - it SUNK! I was then absolutely HAMMERED with R&D going down 16%! No. No. No. No. No! Maybe ONE % not 16%! That is just rubbish! AN...

Bug/Annoyance - Gemini Manned Docking Penalty

Hi Guys, Just blew a Docking Mission because the Docking Hardware failed to get to Orbit and was Hammered on the Prestige! Why! Did the Range Controller Press the Destruct Button on the Capsule Accidentally? No Astronauts were killed and the rest of the Mission Terminated instead of letting the Astr...

Annoyance/Suggestion - Rocket Development

Hi Guys, Had a friend visit over the weekend who was keen to look at BASPM and we started talking about a few things. One thing that I had noticed but hadn't really thought about was Launch Vehicle development in that when I need a new Rocket to lift bigger payloads I end up buying a brand new rocke...

Re: Bug - Mission Outcome Data

Hi I did attach a file to my original message. Unfortunately this site will not allow me to directly upload the original file and so I converted it to text (save as .txt file) and attached it. I will try again. Just on file uploads, I know it is late in the development cycle, but it is frustrating f...

Bug - Mission Outcome Data

Hi Guys,

After my X-15 Crashed on Takeoff (94% Success probability - seriously?) and killed the pilot, the Mission Outcome data
was overwritten for the Astronaut.

Save file attached. 7-24

Annoyance/Bug - Readability of Mission Data after Mission

Hi Guys After a Mission when the data is displayed showing increases or decreases of stats for the Mission Controllers, I find it difficult to read white writing on a black background with a white icon. How about adding a bit of colour to the icons so that the text is not "lost" in the icon as it is...

Annoyance/Bug - Astronaut Statistics

Hi Guys, I believe there is still a MAJOR hole in the generation of stats for personnel. I am playing 7.24 and was offered only 3 Astronaut candidates with a "Trainability" rating above 70 which in my experience play testing this game is essential because otherwise personnel do not improve fast enou...

Bug - Readability of Data

Hi Guys, There are two readability issues still occurring in 7.23 that need to be addressed. First one is the mission data when scheduling a mission. I noticed it is still occurring in SOME of the Gemini missions where the text is overwritten and unreadable. It may also be happening on other mission...

Bug - Mission Outcome Data

Hi Guys,

20-1

The Mission Controllers who increase skills on a mission are all overwritten and not spaced out.
Hardware seems OK and if Astronauts overwrite I will let you know, but I am only just flying Gemini now.

Cheers!

Re: BSOD - Last leg of Explorer Mission

Hi Guys, Now that I understand that I will do so. Just a hint/tip on the installer - should I reinstall over the top of the old directory (which I did) or should I uninstall the old game and install clean? Also the Installer tried to install to a new (or old default) directory. Shouldn't it look up ...

Annoyance/Bug - Personel Selection

Hi Guys, In 20-1, when you select a staff member and give then something to do, ie training, the menu resets to the top of the list. This would not be a problem if the staff were resorted and the ones that needed a task were placed at the top of the list, but is a pain if your staff are at the botto...

Bug - Missing Page Indicator

Hi Guys,

Just upgraded to 20-1 and noticed that the "1 of X" pages indicator is missing on the Personel Selection Menu.

Obviously a bit confusing if you don't know if there are multiple page groups.

Cheers!
