morale limit

Hopefully not, for then it would cap out around 3 - 4 hundred, which is extremely low. That could make Honour guard useless, as I believe the amount of morale gained out of nesecity is at least 100 on top of the basic 150 or so would put it close to the limit.

Well, all the units stats appear to be word files, so that is really easy. I don't know about graphics, but I hear it is rather hard, as the graphic tool they use is not user friendly.

The game is solid, though ;)

Actually, all units trample. It has been mentioned before (skirmishers trampling). It is just that only cavalry can get upgrades or have decent trample.
