its fine ww1 game, just with one broken thing

with lower income, there wont be place for mass airplanes

with 5 per front or so, it could help with slow advance, but wont be such a terrorising factor

so with rule "keep all your small garisons up" it will work as u wish, plus all scenarios will be more even (cp have 30 sg, entente like 90 = 60 production points lower income for entente in comparison to cp)

there is one mode

where u can remove sg at all = no production boost possibility
but i didnt use it, so i dont know if or how much is this mod playable

i rather play stable game with clear rules than test some mod

Pretty fun---I've only managed to win in the 1916 scenario as the Central Powers and 1917 as the Entente
