Just to let everyone know that Fortified Line is now an official download! It is the same as the one linked here, so you don't need to redownload if you already have it.

There is a missing string issue in all my scenarios. It happens when a vehicle gets immobilized. (This is not frequent)
It will be fixed in the next release. This issue has not effect on the game.

Immobilizing vehicles
Answering some questions about it I received.

How it works
When a tracked vehicle receives fire two things could happen (depending on distance, accuracy, etc.):
  • The vehicle is hit
  • The fire misses
If the vehicle is hit:
  • The hit penetrates and the vehicle is killed
  • The hit doesn't penetrate
Here begin my mod
----------------------
When the hit doesn't penetrate, and the hit happened "on the vehicle side" a random is generated with 40% of possibilities to have a TRACK HIT
If a track hit happens the vehicle will be immobilized.
At start of next turn a random is generated for each immobilized vehicle, with a 15% of possibilities to be repaired.

Hey Enric! I really like these extra functions... Very useful for keeping track of what's left and where to find 'em!
Do you mind if I 'borrow' this? Which .BSFs should I copy over? Is there anything else that I need to do?
You need
- KEY.BSF is in BATTLE
- the icons are in TEXTURES
- PRINTUNITS.BSF is in SCRIPTS
- BATTLEADVANCEDPANEL.BSF and BATTLEADVANCEDPANEL.TXT are in UI

And try it, I do not remember if something more is needed, I have done too many think lately and I'm a little confused.

Think that you are breaking compatibility with many of the standard files from Slith, so each new BA version need a revisions of old these files....

My intention was to show a list of units and be able to click on one of the list and go to the main battle with this unit selected, I've been too ambitious :?

Have an interesting issue in Buchholtz...mortar fired smoke about 4 turns ago...and it it still there!? Very strange...
