Hi Tim,
This Chris Bennett. I don't have a club at the moment so I guess you'll have to enter me as independent. Hope
that's not a problem. Don't get to play much these days and this is my first competition for very many years. So,
for Andy, Christmas really has come early! Also, new to the forum so hope this format OK.
See you Saturday.
Cheers
Chris

Hopefully many of you are already aware, but there are major roadworks on the M4 this weekend. The M4 is fully closed between junctions 6 to 8/9 from 8pm Friday 15th November to 6am Monday 18th November - yes the entire weekend (they are replacing a bridge, which would be quite cool to watch if you are an engineering nerd, but you can't get to it because the M4 is closed  ).

Please factor this in to your travel plans!

See you all on Saturday morning,

Tim Child

Also, we have had a dropout from the FOG AM competition. I am not trying to lure anyone away from the gentlemanly pursuit that is FOGR, but it would resolve the bye issue if anyone were willing to float over to FOG AM? I will of course also be making the same suggestion on their forum!

A great FoGR competition this year with an interesting & varied range of armies. Thanks to all my opponents for challenging but fun games.

Thanks to Ben for acting as rules umpire when needed.
Much appreciation for efficient and prompt running of the games over the weekend by the organisers, especially David Mather and Tom Child.

Also, it was one of the best Warfare trade shows, IMHO.

Ray
