Squad Leader!
An old favorite of mine from earlier years was Squad Leader by Avalon Hill. Any chance of updating it to the digital age?

Advanced ASL would likely be easier to play if it were a computer game as opposed to trying to remember all the fire phase rules etc. Still a favorite board game. I still have my ASL game, havent opened it in years though...

Making ASL run on a computer would only be twice as hard as the effort devoted to World in Flames.
Now excuse me while I laugh my head off
Pity, I wouldn't mind it being possible. I sold my real ASL after I finally got tired of lying to myself that an ftf opponent would show up some day. I even tried growing an opponent (my son isn't into war games unfortunately).
Would someone just pay off Gary to reinvent Steel Panthers already.
