Personally I think you could start LOEG 10 right away. Between the end of beta testing and the re-release of the game there may be two or three months. And many more months before it is stable and satisfactory. This new program is not an upgrade but a complete rewrite and it will be painful at first.fogman

Im Beta Testing and although i cant comment on the Beta i would advise caution on starting LOEG 10 just yet

I'm all for getting LoEG 10 going using the current version of FoG.

Just my two cents.

I agree with Mr. The Thick. I'd like to see season 10 start soon. I had great fun in the Imperial division and my only regret was that I didn't get to play in more divisions.

Cheers -

Hopefully a few of you will help out looking after each division. For over 12 hours a day, work gets in the way (a bit of travelling), take into account, shopping, eating, socialising etc. I only have the weekends to really have a good look at what was going on and having to chase up players starts becoming a real PITA.

As well as having to post and continue posting the same sort of comments, as some players aren't reading them.

It has been suggested that V2, may well take a very long time and so we could start LOEG 10.

I would like a break for a while. Hopefully play CC and see what happens after.

I will pm Iainmcneil and cothyso to have an ETA of V2 release.

Eric -

I enjoyed the most recent season enough to volunteer to take on some administrative duties for the divisions I'd play. As an example, I would be willing to ensure that scores are recorded correctly and follow up on missing games, scores, etc.

Cheers -

To Eric and to my dear fellows in FoG digital,

A great "thank you" for the season 9. It was a great adventure for me. I was a newbie.

I am ready for the season 10.

Mike.

Late Result +++ yes, I know that it dosen't count +++ 8)

Div a
Davouthojo Arab Conquest (later) 56/49
Claymore Nikephorian Byzantine-later 27/40 win

The Arabs left a large force off to one sid of the map - without a general. This was their undoing. The main Arab army advanced full of confidence up to the Byzt line (camped on a line of hills). Knowing that time was of the essence the Nikies attacked first. Some was down hill. In the swirling melee the Elite troops proved their worth once again. Esp the Varnagians. The seperated Arabs did their best to m ain to the sound of the arrows, but too late.

Thanks the Davouthojo for an excellent game.

Hello gamers

To help me and those who have volunteered to assist in divisions for next season.

I will need extra support from bilingual, multilingual players.

Some players' English is not so good and therefore they may have struggled with reading the rules and comments.

If there are players out there who can translate English into Greek/Spanish/Italian/French/German etc.

Their help will be most aprreciated.

We may need to open another link for these translations to take place.

Hopefully you will know of players whose English is not good and could pm any translated comments, rules etc.

Should have done this before.

You can include your names and if you are English/Italian speaking etc, here and then again for season 10.
