Post by goose_2 » Thu Mar 14, 2019 1:21 am

ALBERTO!!!!!!!

BUDDY!!!!!!

I came home today to see the most wonderful present I was so happy to receive.

On my desk was sitting a brown envelope from Slitherine. I immediately tore open the envelope screaming in ecstasy to see this beautiful, glorious shirt all in Black with a super cool logo on it.

I have proclaimed to my family that they will be burying me in this shirt stating that David Garlich was a Lutheran, family man, who loved his wife and loved Panzer Corps!!!!

Then I told my eldest daughter I would be wearing it under my suit at her wedding.

So super happy right now I could BURST!!!

Thank you...thank you...now I just need my son to take my picture or make a video with me in it so I can upload to my new channel.

Thanks again...so super happy...:D :D :D :D :D

Sorry for the wait, guys.

There was a technical issue with the avatars, but it should now be sorted. I hope so at least - they should show up soon.

Questions for me please....;)

Post by goose_2 » Thu Mar 14, 2019 9:21 pm

So yeah I got my Shirt....so excited about this and will be wearing my first time at work this Friday.

I am going to have my eldest son shoot a short video that he says he will help me upload to my channel so you all can get a look at the Gooseman. ;)

This will not be a regular thing but something I want to capture as I want this shirt memorialized on my channel and for all eternity. Maybe use as my new icon.

I love this shirt if you couldn't tell.

Any way here is where you come in.

What do you want to know about me? What have you been dying to ask but were afraid to?

Here are the topics I will try and cover, but want to really know what else I could answer from you guys.

1) Where did Goose come from?
2) What is the deal with ...Stay Lutheran My Friends...
3) Why the fascination with World War 2?
4) Why Panzer Corps?

Let me know what else you are curious about. Love this forum/love this game...and as always ...Stay Lutheran My Friends!!!

Ok Here it is.

The video that shows off the shirt logo and me wearing the shirt.

I go over:
1) The Origin of Goose
2) The Origin of Stay Lutheran My Friends
3) My fascination with World War 2
4) My fascination with Panzer Corps
5) My next Campaign
6) Where do I find the time to play?
7) How much time do I play

I have just officially reached 50 Subscribers as of today. That is crazy. Thanks for all the interest, encouragement, and comments.

Very humbling and appreciated.

Oh yeah...and as always...Stay Lutheran My Friends.

Congrats, this is very cool!

By the way, do you think Slitherine or anyone might initiate another tournament for 2019, I mean before PzC2 will be released?

Thanks...I am unsure if someone will spearhead a Tournament in 2019...I would love to see that, but I will not be organizing...this year, at least. ;)

Does anyone want to play a MP match based on McGuba's awesome Battlefield Europe 2.0 (or later) mod?

Thanks goose_2... as you know, I would love to do this!

However, please compare here: viewtopic.php?p=825501#p825501

As expected, we both would need full installations of McGuba's mod. Please let me know if possible/when you are available for this, thanks!

I hear what he is saying, but would love to just try. Just set it up and see if it works, if it doesn't it won't break anything, so we could at least try. right?

Sure, we can try...

However, in the past when I played BE and normal PzC campaigns in parallel and then accidently opened a BE file with my normal PzC copy, it looked very differently and some units didn't even show...

Do you think you have somebody who could help you install McGuba's mod as a separate copy? It's really no big deal...

I have currently the gold version plus two of McGuba's mod versions installed (in parallel)... working perfectly fine
