Russian paratroop units, air movement

Hi, love the game and have played for circa 4 days (elapsed, much to my Wife’s annoyance) but am stumped at how to air move Russian paratroop units, either brigade or division size.

I have tried moving the units of either size onto air units of various types and waiting, or next to, or same with long range air units

None of these works, any suggestions please ?
