I get a white bar across the screen when pressing casualties key (C). It goes away with escape.
Disband (D) is not listed in the library of Hot Keys.
Can anyone tell me exactly what I'm looking at when a unit level goes yellow or red? Specifically what value does the blue - number indicate?

The blue number goes for suppression hits. As for the red and yellow I haven't figured it out yet, I'm a newbie to this gem someone may stand me corrected.
Oh I also posted this in the bug thread, why does suppresion caused by bombardment dissapear after an attack is launched? Shouldn't it last the whole turn?

'C' is a work in progress, couple threads talk about that.
'D' has been added to the sticky.
Yellow and red tinted Strength numbers is a visual short cut for players to reference suppression instead of needing to mouse over for exact details.
Although this would make a lot of sense if the blue negative number matched the yellow and red tint. I'll add that to The List.
Unit rally and lose suppression after a single non-ranged attack. Permanent suppression was too unbalancing, you could knock out a 5 star 15 unit for potentially unlimited attacks with 1 or 2 heavy duty artillery pieces.
