Bug - amphibious range RC7

Hi,
In my current game as allies against DukeOfLight (RC7 version) we experienced something which seems like a bug.

The current rule for amphibious range states:
204. Amphibious range is now equal to 6 + surface ships tech instead of a fixed range of 10.

My UK ship tech is at 3. So my UK amph range should be 9. I had forgotten all about these limitations and were sailing towards Albania and managed to successfully land in Tirana which was undefended as my opponent had calculated as it had to be outside my amp range. My nearest ports are Crete and Malta and they are way beyond a range of 9 hexes. A minor note is that I did not actually land with a UK unit but a Persian unit.

Anybody else experiences anything similar?

Hi,
That is AMPH range where you can make contested landings. You can still land un-opposed so you have captured an un-guarded city.
