Need Help with editing Prestige

I am very new to using the editor. I wanted to try something by adding prestige per turn and a Prestige Action of +100 to the Axis in the ARRAS scenarioso I went into the editor and changed the Prestige per Turn and added a prestige per turn. I saved and neither seems to have taken effect (Note: I did this while in turn 6 of the game.) I went back into the editor and my changes are still there.
