where are all its expansions

For the first time, the ultimate edition of Panzer Corps, containing all its expansions and new features and sporting an improved UI!
Just bought Panzer Corps Gold for Mac but where are all expansions?
Clicking on AfriKa Corps ask to purchase it
Clicking on Allied Corps ask to purchase it
Clicking on Soviet Corps ask to purchase it
Clicking on Campaigns folders shows empty

Should I download them from some link I missed?
