Don't get Rommel etc options after reload

I have been playing Africa Corp for several years and have been playing the Rommel, Guderian, etc oprtion many times. I recently loaded the game onto my new computer (Windows 10) and installed the latest upgrade to AK but I don't get the advanced options. How to I get them turned on? Bill

Winning the last mission of any of the main campaigns (Wermacht, Afrika Corps, Allied Corps, or Soviet Corps, but not the Grand Campaign add-on) on Field Marshal will unlock the following difficulty levels, except for Ultimate.

You need to finish in the new computer as Field Marshal in the new computer.
