Cannot resotre purchases on my iPad Pro for Panzer Corps Gold Edition

Hi, I bought the Gold version as an in-app purchase on the 9 June 2019. I have recently uninstalled the Panzer Corps and then installed it again on my iPadPro. Now I cannot restore my Gold purchase! It is saying that I have used a different Apple ID which is not correct, I checked. Please help urgently!

Try contact Apple regarding your issue.
We don't administer iTunes accounts.

Hi there!

I have contacted Apple support and in order for them to take my support request further they need to know if your app (Panzer Corps) supports iPadOS 13. Thank you.

Good Afternoon Zok,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this.

Unfortunately we have not been able to replicate the issue you have been experiencing.
We have tested using the following devices:
iPad Pro, OS version 13.2
iPad Mini 2, OS version 12.4.3

Both of which are working as expected.
Could you please retry to restore your purchase from within the games shop as this issue isn't due to an incompatibility of iPadOS 13.

Hi Matthew,

after seeing your comment, I have immediately tried to restore purchase from your shop. The message I get is "Unable to Restore: The item was purchased by a different Apple ID. Sign in with that Apple ID and try again". What am I to do now? Contact Apple? What is my question for them here? Or you could help? Please advise as I am unable to play the game I paid for. Yes, you have to contact Apple.
