Hello Cain597...............sorry for your difficulty with this mod. If you have downloaded the latest version on the link in the thread, it should work/open right away. The only thing I can think of is to maybe remove it and reinstall it. That has happened to me before and I had to reinstall the mod before it would open and work properly.

Re: Dwight's Camo Sprayshop
It has been a while since I did any update posting on this thread, but I think most people who frequent this forum are familiar with the brilliant tool DCS designed by sorely missed Rezaf. I don't know how familiar people are really with the tool (I know I struggle myself with the animation part and am still learning), but the color and masking adjustments are able to provide some remarkable skinning of any chosen unit combined with the correct skin that suits the unit. Not all skins look good on all units. By using some of the adjustments in the DCS tool, you can make a big difference in the appearance of your unit using the skin you chose.
I have posted examples and illustrations in the thread to help show what can be done. Using the different masking techniques of the three masking colors, you can really change a lot. I am now masking units with black for complete color masking such as insignia, tracks (sometimes), mufflers/exhaust, MG mountings, etc. and using the AQUA and HOT PINK colors to adjust the track colors and lower hull/bogies/driver wheels parts. Doing this will allow you to make adjustments to vary the colors and appearance of all these details on a unit as you will see in the illustrations.
Even though these units are small on the screen, I like to see as much realistic detail as possible without making the unit icon "too busy" looking.
Below are the examples of the new style of masking I am using now on units I am making. I have deliberately shown a unit with almost complete blocking of the treads and side hull by being equipped with schurtzen and the other unit which is the same tank without shurtzen.

Re: Dwight's Camo Sprayshop
In this section I am going to illustrate the part of DCS tool screen you can use to make these types of adjustments using masks made like this. If you DO NOT make any of the adjustments with the tool you will basically get a unit looking like the first illustration. If you learn to use the secondary adjustment (PINK) and the Tertiary adjustment (AQUA), you can see the difference. The next posting includes examples of identical units with identical skins with and without the use of the secondary and Tertiary adjustments. For some skins it is not a big deal, but for others it is a BIG difference when the skin colors the unit a nice tone and colors the wheels/tracks, etc so dark that details are obscured too much.
When you click on the "+" sign of the secondary and Tertiary adjustment parts, you are taken to a paint color window where you can move the adjustment icon to get the color you want. The arrow on the right side can be moved to lighten or darken the tone on the unit in the DCS screen. Then select OK and you have done it.

Hello Rezaf,
I am interested in your tutorial but unfortunately I can not see the images.
Would you have a format in doc with the pics?
Regards
Yves

Re: Dwight's Camo Sprayshop
Don't suppose their is a working link to these skins out there? I'd sure like to use a couple of these.bebro wrote:Made a couple of winter skins, see pic. If anyone needs them I can attach them here...
Re: Dwight's Camo Sprayshop
If it`s the units you want you can find them as part of bebro`s Inferno mod. I think the link is still valid:
