Massi, One of the building blocks of Modding for Panzer Corps, is one modder I truly miss and hope in my fondest dreams he will return to update his mod so that it will work the the most recent Panzer Corps map making. The maps his mod allows one to make and use are beyond the scope of thinking for the Panzer Corps powers in charge. He is so talented and so I hope for his return one day to this great game he had such a big part in playing to make it even more outstanding.

thanks, Flanke! thank you all.

I'm intensively working to game AGEOD American Civil War 2
I do not know what I could do more for panzercorps ...

ฉันดาวน์โหลดมันไม่สำเร็จ, เพราะgamefrontได้ตัดการส่งไฟล์, ก่อนฉันจะโหลดเสร็จสิ้น.
I downloaded it with no success, because gamefront be cut to send files, before I finish loading.
และฉันยังต้องการมัน, ขอบคุณ, ถ้าจะช่วยแก้ไข.
And I still like it, thank you, I will help you fix.

Hello Massi, I am glad you replied. I was wondering if your mods will work with the new updated versions of Panzer Corps. You have done enough I am quite certain, but it is my understanding your mod may have some problems with the latest 1.04 Panzer Corps version. I hope I am wrong. Please tell me they work as always.massi wrote:

Hello, Daemonicus, I could download succesfully using the mirror link from the first post in the thread. Does this not work for you? I could try to re-upload the file to my sendspace account and mail you a link, but I don't know if sendspace is blocked in your country or not. Just let me know if you want me to try it through sendspace.Daemonicus wrote:ฉันดาวน์โหลดมันไม่สำเร็จ, เพราะgamefrontได้ตัดการส่งไฟล์, ก่อนฉันจะโหลดเสร็จสิ้น.

The download links are down for me. Any chance for a re-upload? Mediafire? Any other service?

Massi, could you be so kind and provide me with some info on how exactly did you make those icons? I'm thinking of preparing a number of custom tiles, both for my Polish 1939 mod and for the Mongol Invasion mod (Great Wall of China!). I have the 3D models (thanks to SketchUp 3D warehouse). However, I'm not sure how to recreate the isometric perspective. What camera settings did you use for your renders? Also, do you have any advice how to join sides of a structure spreading across several tiles (did I mention the Great Wall? )? Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers

for rendering i use 3dsmax 2011 whit matt shadow plane.
i use a dummy background with PC green hexmap screenshot to reference.
for camera: is good isometric default view or if you prefer use a camera, but with low prospective (similar to isometric view).
for light is good ray tracing light and 50% shadow...
import your model in 3dsmax (is compatible with sketchup 7.0).
rendering the scene.
save the rendering in png.
import your png in photoshop and improve tiles
I'm sorry for my English.. excuse me but no have time for a detailed tutorial..
ok halibutt
cheers

Thanks a ton mate, this really helped, no need for more detailed tutorial. Default isometric view is the answer I was secretly hoping for
I will give terrain editing a try once I get back to my desktop (BTW, I should get a doormat saying "desktop, sweet desktop").

I have been gone awhile, since 2013 and am out of touch you might say. I used Massi's beautiful modding tiles to make countless beautiful maps I never got to finish scenarios with. Do Massi's Mods work with the updated Panzer Corps maps? I hope I hope I hope! Thanks for any replies.
