Knowing me, a project is never really closed ;)
There have been 33 updates to the equipment file. I definitely do not rule out that there won't be more updates in the future.
But for now, no update is planned. The project is always open to suggestion though.

While thinking about redoing Allied Corps, I noticed that the UK M3 an M5 do not have reconmove as the US ones do.

I don't think the Lee/Grant should have reconmove though, unless you give it the Matilda's as well. :D

Hi dear modder! I want to give you a short friendly advice. I was playing the old vanilla GC years ago and I do not want to start your updates because they are too scattered. If you gather all your equipment upgrades, MPC's, maps, changes and all files you've created into one folder will be better for the neutral fan. And one more thing: why almost all german units has their SS versions and soviet not. I prefer new models than SS because when I'm going to buy my army i do only SS and regular units nobody buy them. I don't like them, they make the game easier. And SS units make SE units needless, it will be better if you use one of them, not both. Thanks.

I prefer to have a choice. I chose not to put everything in one folder. I am inclined though to present MPC 35-41 in one downloadable file once it is completed.

Player's must have the freedom to create an army core consisting of Wehrmacht units or Waffen SS or a combination of both.
The equipment file update project is the equipment file i started to change and expand for personal use; and then i decided to share it with the community.
Personally, if i would play with Waffen SS units only, i would up the level of difficulty pretty much.

The Soviet Corps expansion does not warrant the creation of purchasable guard tanks or am i missing something extraordinary here...

Take note that each new version includes the changes from the previous versions.

Changes:

SE PzC +1 ammo and +1 HA fixed (previously unreleased except with MPC '40)
UK Grant, M3 and M5 Stuart recon move trait added

Errata: The fix for +1 Ammo and +1 HA is for the SS Pz IIC

Some minor detail: Soviet M3 Lee tanks should also have reconmove trait, if US and British units have it, for the sake of coherency.

On the other hand, the M3 Grant, which was a medium tank (from which the Sherman was developed, and very different machines from the light M3 and M5 tanks) should not have that trait in my opinion... Why give the reconmove trait only to Grants but not to Sherman tanks, for example?

And a question: Which were the changes added to the eqp file in the v34 update?

v34 was the fix for the SS Pz IIC, a typo mistake on my behalf
Since the devs gave the US M3 Grant the recon move, i saw no problem giving it to the UK M3 Grant either. The Soviets should get it too, will be part of the next update.
I just made me think how badly i discussed to get the Pz 35(t) in PzC 2 ;)

nikivdd my point was that if you boost german forces with SS you should do the same with Soviets and other nations too. Because the game become very easy even the highest level of difficulty. I've passed some of the first missions buying mostly SS but quit very bored from the changes because they are too strong, crushing everything on their way with few casualties. Anyway.

There are plenty of ways to make it harder.
Less turns, less prestige, field less units than allowed, disbanding SE unit when awarded one and so on.

Thanks again for the continued support! But also somewhat sad to know that this is the last update... :-(
Here is a recolored/modified version of the Soviet Conscript Icon to give the option to use a different icon for the German Osttruppen unit and differentiate its looks from the Soviet Unit icon.

Panzer Corps is not the same, it's another game much more interresting.

I decided to play Ancient Frontier and Star Traders instead until i am invited to the alpha test of Panzer Corps 2. I don't even want to know the hours i spend modding, testing, playing Panzer Corps ;))))
