Currently we are playtesting gathering data that looks at all of the changes made and balance. 1st round of games done and 2nd round started before we determine any tweaks. The fixes for TAC's that is in 3.20 have fixed the issues in the thread about 3.1 balance concerning TAC's and Armor.
