Why No FoG Tournaments at Historicon

Post by phlewis »

I was just looking at the Historicon 2015 PEL and there are no FoG tournaments listed. Why not?

There will be some FOG R in the evening I think Mark B said he would run something.

But no one told us they wanted to run them, and most of the FOG ancients players moved to a different set of ancient rules.

FOG N pick up games are possible too, but that was challenged by another rule set which may already be cancelled.

I'm sorry to hear that. What rules set did they move too? There didn't seem to be much going on with Ancients or Rennaisance except for DBA.

I want to be respectful of the FOG forum here and not be perceived of touting other rules. FOG has been very good to many or us ancient players.

Art De La Guerre had 23 players in ancients at Cold Wars.
DBMM had 6 I believe.
FOG-R had 5 or 6.
I don't recall DBM 3.2 but it was in the +/- 6 range.
