Did anyone hear anything in recent times about potential V3 ? :idea:

Actual FOG Issue stays : attracting new players . All else is just chrome. I see very few new players joining since release of V2. Key is accelerate game to come to conclusion within decent time ( as modern gamers understand « decent »).

Simple accelerators to get this game with a flavour of history to speed :
 Simplest and biggest effect : Change MU from 1inch to 3cm or maybe 4cm, = 1 base width and ajust text accordingly about terrain pieces and deployment area to keep those we currently have.
 Skirmishers out of the way : Reduce distance to slow non skirmishers to 1 MU or maybe zero MU. and let the skirmisher contacted by moving battle troops have to immediate evade as if charged.

Tidbits of changes to enhance byzantine or romans are welcome but will achieve pretty little in terms of attracting new players.

FOG is not the only game on earth using DBx bases … See some of you in 2017 in Brussels at IWC :mrgreen:
