Acquired password not working for multiplayer

Hi,

I was trying to log in to the multiplayer lobby, but forgot my password.
Requested a new one from the website, and it works - for the website and this forum.

Still cannot login to multiplayer though - tried a second time to reset the password, but get this dialog again and again:

"Unknown Command failed. User name and/or password incorrect for this serial number."

The serial number is correct, and using a different user name results in the same message, except "for this serial number".

What can I do apart from requesting more new passwords?

Hi Andreas,
I see you have a valid serial registered with your account, with no errors. The login/password you are using for the website and forum should work also for the multiplayer system.
As it's not working fine for you, can you please check that your username is typed with the first letter in uppercase? Can you please PM me your serial number, just to check if the one registered in the game is the same in the database?
