[FDB] rev1030 [GUI] No mouseover info on unit

In current build I don't have any mouseover info on unit tokens while in FOG(RB) I get a description for every unit I mouseover.

Is mouseover info with stats description for units and terrain completely removed in the new feature? Is it just on my PC is it a bug? In the old version I use this feature a lot since I need to read the stats before playing my turn. In the new version all of this functionallity seems gone for me.
