The goals for the Soyuz missions are becoming more and more advanced: the most recent goal is now to perform a docking of two Soyuz spacecrafts in LEO.

After the final docking experiment with a crew exchange, it is time to start testing the Soyuz spacecraft in the lunar landing configuration.

After successful Soyuz 7K-OK LOK missions, it is also time to test the components for the actual lunar landing: the LK Lander will be launched on top of a N1 rocket.

The test flights with the LK-700 in LEO are making good progress and soon the first missions will be scheduled to fly up to the Moon.

After many tests the Soyuz and LK Lander components finally received the seal of approval to be used for a landing on the Moon.

I was lucky and got access to a special closed beta version of the Space Program Manager to test out the multiplayer functionality. This video will give you a general overview about this new game mode.

This is the beginning of my "Apollo Challenge" series. The challenge is basically about achieving a Lunar Landing in the SPM before Q4.1973. However, the only crewed missions I'm allowed to launch are the Apollo Program missions.

Everything is working as planned and the detailled preparations of the missions seem to pay off.

The first issues with the Apollo Challenge start to appear and it seems to become very unlikely that this space program will ever have a successful end.

It becomes more and more obvious that this Apollo Challenge will be a failure. However, it is not Q4.1973 and so everything should be possible!

The first attempt of the Apollo Challenge was a failure. However, I increased the difficulty by playing on the NASA side. In this case, I like to attempt a second try, but this time I will play on the side of the GSA to increase the amount of light-weight probes.

The second attempt of the Apollo Challenge makes good progress and everything seems to work out as desired.

The GSA Apollo Challenge seems to work well: interplanetary missions are launched and GSA scientists are developing the powerful Saturn V rocket.

After a good start into the Apollo Challenge, a huge problem suddenly appears.

The next episode of my SPM Let's Play series will go live shortly after new content is available.

I was lucky again and I got access to a new interim build of the Space Program Manager. The new build features the first implementation of the Campaign Mode! Let's give it a try!

Finally, the Soviet scientists have done a great job and the space agency is now able to launch the very first satellite. Will we be able to beat the opposing faction?

After successful sattelite launches, it is now time to begin the manned space exploration. Unfortunately, the astronauts have learned some new tricks and are now requiring a rest season.
