Version:

1.7.1 - 7/19/2019 - 22:15 - Unity 4.6.9p4

Issue Description:

I get stuck at black screen in the follow scenarios:

Scenario 1:

Enter "Manage Programs", Go all the way into a specific mission (Explore I - Regular in this case), click "Schedule Mission", then click "Yes, And Assemble Now". -> Black screen.

Scenario 2:

Instead of click "Yes, And Assemble Now", click "Yes, And Assemble Later" instead. Go to "Scheduled Missons", click "Assemble Mission".

Here I get a screen with no MC position available for assignment:

But I could "Confirm Assignment" without doing anything here anyway.

Then "End Season", when "Scheduled Mission" comes up, click "Launch Mission", then "Skip to Outcome". -> Black screen.

Scenario 3:

Instead of "Skip to Outcome", click "Monitor from MC". Now game would stuck at mission count down with the 3D field monitor window being all black:

However it briefly rendered the rocket for a couple seconds before going all black.

Directx Dialog attached.

One last thing. I am running the game through steam. When I "verify integrity of game files...", it would find a file "failed to validate" and make a 192 bytes download from steam server. This happens ever time after I launch the game (not the launcher) into the main menu. But does not happen if I do a second verify immediately after the first one pulled the 192 bytes.
