I'm having a problem redeeming a key for the steam key now I sent in a ticket. It says on steam key will not work and on this site it says key already in use. Just bought it today. Winter war Order of battle email (removed)

once a ticket has been logged, they will reply, i don't have access to that side of accounts etc, byt have removed you email address from the reply, just in case, please remember to check your spam filter or spam box, just in case the reply doesn't go missing in there etc

I bought Burma Road, Panzerkrieg and Kriegmarime together.
I can redeem Steam keys except for Burma Road
I don't have the "get sream key option" available

then the key you have is already a steam key as well

The fact is that the game doesn't even appear in the "Steam Games Licences" section
