+1 on that.

No more money to be spent on this series (for me) until that basic element is satisfied.

Based on that Italy and Hungary could be in considering you have Yugoslavia and Greece, but unless you`ve repeated the PzC Belgrade historical fiasco, there`s nowhere to show Romania in this release and I`m guessing you`ve skipped Slovakia too. In this case I really hope you`ll have an army group south area of operations DLC later on.

(Dunkirk is before Red tho).

It's just so much easier - Germany, for instance, won't allow its use on products for children (and, sadly, games and scale models count as children-oriented), only in academic, historical use, etc. Others can fill in the details, but I have the gist of it right, I think. Some other countries may have similar laws. Anyway, too much hassle for the developers, who would have to make sure to sell different version in different territories and make sure they are not available in the wrong ones.
None of the game is historical accurate btw. I know games can't use swastika because it's illegal in some countries like Germany, Austria etc. Many things of the Nazi is ban so it's a bit sensative to work on that for developers so best keep away hehehe.

About historical accuracy, well depends on how you look at it since most of the historical books avail is not even accurate so many will develop games based on wrong info. For instance on nazi Germany's SS troopers, it's actually a voluntary army world wide which consist of many race and people but some history books says its solely for Germans only to join see the confusion here hehehe. Also in war many machine change or modified so it's hard for developers to really focus on all these accuracy like tank modifications etc during specific battles.
