Suggestion - Staff "Hard to See" on Menus

Hi Guys,

I have a couple of problems with the SET, Astronaut and MC Menus.

There is no way to "Quickly" find staff who need training or whatnot because they are mixed up and the fonts and backgrounds are all the same.

How about -
a. sorting available, assigned and training staff members (in that order) from the top of the menu so they are quick and easier to find.

b. a little bit of _light_ colour in the menus, eg for available staff a green colour tab, assigned staff a white colour tab and training a blue colour tab.
by "colour tab" I mean just a bit of colour on the other end of the Status Bar.

I would also extend this to the actual skills section (numbers only) - red < 50, orange 50 - 59, yellow 60 - 74 and green > 75.
This system just gives those of us who are a bit more "visual" a better handle to see and identify information.

c. I think the above system would also work for Morale and Learning, especially morale. I had some staff leave due to dissatisfaction
and it would have been nice to quickly identify them BEFORE they left instead of searching for them.

Hello Andrew,

Notice that we're planning to revamp the whole personnel screen, which will also include filters and buttons in order to sort the entries, so that should help with the issues you're mentioning.
