Personalization?

I have a simple suggestion, or maybe I am just too stupid to find it already implemented:
A personalization option to change the names of the employees

I know this from other games, for example XCOM: People can bond more easily with their employees by giving them names of family members, friends, artists or even authentic names as "Buzz Aldrin". To change names, I would favour a little pencil icon next to the employee names on the personnel page.

I don't see that happening. Some of the early access people paid to have their names in the game.

Hi Guys,

As one of those people who did pay to get my name into the game, I actually don't have a problem with personalisation.

For me, the fact that I am in the game as a default is pretty cool. Also my picture will be in the game as a default, so
that is also cool.

In my experience while many players of all games like to personalise the game, most do not or do it and get sick of it and
stop so this isn't a big issue anyhow.

I would actually support an upgrade of this feature.
