Feature - PKA Joint Orbital

Post by Drewpan »

Hi Guys,

Launched a successful PKA Joint Orbital and I noticed that there was only one PKA in the Joint Orbital
Graphics.

Now I am fully aware that at the time the Soviets claimed it was a Rendevous but the USA proved it
couldn't have been since the Spacecraft were on different cross orbitals, but they did come relatively close.

I would like to see a second spacecraft in the Graphic, even if it is in the distance and only stays onscreen
for a few seconds just because it would be slightly more accurate, but actually because I also think it would
look cooler (OK - call it Vanity).

Cheers!

Hello Andrew,

Notice that the other PKA is shown as a white spark, see the pic below. We deliberately chose to show the other spacecraft this way, as showing it in more detail would have conveyed the idea that it is a rendezvous.

Cheers,

Hi Guys,

Well I'll be - just must have missed it or not realised it was there, but that was exactly what I meant.

Thanks Guys.

Cheers!
