Try hiding two Aux Inf and both archers in the woods, beside the stream, to counter ambush the Thracian heavies. I just tried it now (on VH) and only had one unit rout, due to bad timing. 375 killed for loss of only 37.

1 Hvy Cav & 1 Scout just inside those to hit his missilers as soon as they exit the woods;
Velites and Hvy Inf in line almost half way from the woods to the back line;
Aux & Arch hiding in the woods for counter ambush
Peasants feinting in the left-centre and then out to the far left and back, to pull his archers wide of the main battle.
Just ran this again on VH and won with 10-12 second left, only 30 casualties other than one peasant unit that didn't quite stay out of trouble.
