I've got the game on IPad,and it started me on Utah, must you complete that one before you can get to another Camp,? Also how do you heal the wounded with supply truck , I've placed along side of unit but no luck , an instruction on how to begin the game would also be nice as it doesn't acknowledge anything is happening when you press the map to start,you could think it was duff,thanks for any answers

while it was done on the pc, it should be the same as the ipad version almost

i keep saying i'll do a complete manual one day and also do it on here, if and when i get time as it's a good game, needs a patch yes but that should be any time soon and i think that also comes with a manual if memory serves me right, but may be wrong i normal am 50% of the time

Many thanks Zakblood, i`ll go to matrix and copy your guide there has been a patch on ipad on 2th jan i think, the manual is very sparse 11 paragraphs i think ,although a start it really doesn`t explain how to do things, im lucky ive been playing these type for many yrs so i can muddle through point is though a novice gamer starting it would not even know how to get the camp going, the bottom button on ipad, says LOAD ,which you assume is to load camp/start but no its for saved games, to start first camp pre save you clck on map ,but again it gives no indication where, it must put a lot of people off ,and get bad reviews, which is a shame as theres a good game there , hopefully it will sell and become popular, thanks again for answer, Macnab

i also think it worth the time and effort as well as a good game is in there, but it doesn't come to the front straight away and you some work yourself to get it out, and yes manual isn't the greatest one, but i'm at least you have your patch while the pc users are still waiting atm

Here's an interim fix Zakblood for a cple quid get Frontline Moscow which tutors you through basic steps and has a built in tips guide, which is very good (this is on the IPad and is also a very good and identical game to Longest Day, I then went on to Uhta Beach and more than held my own , sorted !!! Thanks for your help and guide on Matrix although it wouldn't let me d/load the attachment even when logged in window opened with d/load count but no button to do it Macnab

your welcome, i keep saying one day i'll finish it off and do a better one, but then i start something else and forget it for another week or 2

I would change a few flags. Which folder and file are the Flags located (for PC Version)?
