[Stand Alone version] Unable to download the new patch

Hello everybody,
i keep encounter the same problem.. i click the button "check for updates", the installer tells me that there is a new version of the game then i let the installer to download the upgrade but i always get the error described in my attached image..

Can you tell me if there is an issue with the server or i should do something to let the installer download the patch ??

Probably your Internet security programs are interfering with the game update feature. Try downloading the patch manually from the link below:
ftp://ftp.matrixgames.com/pub/Vietnam65 ... p-v111.zip

Once you have downloaded the file please unzip it. Run the extracted file to update the game.
