Login times out

Hello,

I'm currently in the Philippines on vacation and using a Globe simcard for online activity. Unfortunately I cannot login to the game server any longer, it times out. Note that when using my Telekom simcard in roaming, it worked, but it's cost prohibitive (15 Euro for 150 MB...). Any chance to resolve this situation via a proxy or something like that?
