Morning Sun Chongqing Ending

Is the Chongqing ending bugged? All I get for it is a browned out picture and nothing else on the campaign map besides a new scenario circle near Midway. The continue button is there as well. I assume it shouldn't be?

To top things off, clicking the continue button seems to stick the whole thing at an endless loading screen.
