Erik, I have to ask you, why would you reduce the Soviet supply level to amber on the second turn of the game. (Road to Moscow)? The Russians are going to get their asses kicked anyway, but when the supply level drops on the second turn then it reduces the reasons to zero to play as the Russians. I lost about twenty units so I quit.

It is not a drop in supply, but more Soviet reinforcements are arriving and they take up suppply.
The solution is to disband those units at the front that are on low strength/efficiency and no longer combat-worthy anyway.
This is similare to Soviet doctrine where they would let units burn out and just replace them.

I think something is wrong with victory condition in scenario poland39. We recently finished it, i played poland and warsaw, brest-litowsk and lwow were not captured by germans but final result was draw. I dont know what to do to win as poland.

The draw result is probably due to the asymmetric primary objectives. The Germans have two extra objectives and capturing those means they have managed 2 out of 5 objectives.
In the next version I have removed those extra objectives.
Additional small changes as well.

A number of changes to better simulate the German surprise attack and unpreparedness of the Red Army.

Reduced Soviet air unit strength at start to 5.
Reduced Soviet unit experience from 1 to zero.
Replaced NKVD border regiments with MG Foxholes.
Replaced Soviet regular infantry with conscripts.
Added new German commanders.
Added 3 German Constructions Groups for creating forward airstrips.
Moved Kriegsmarine further north (Leningrad).
More detailed Finnish, German and Soviet naval forces/reinforcements (Leningrad).
Minor clean-ups and reinforcement/withdrawal event messages added.

Moved control of Ju52 and train supply units from AI to German player.
Earlier German reinforcements.
Panzer reinforcements at full strength.
Better German supply.
Additional Soviet primary objectives.
More restricted deploy zones.

This scenario has gotten an extensive update that fixes and enhances reinforcements.

German,British and French (except naval) reinforcements are changed from spawned units to purchasing units.
Added more Royal Navy/French naval deployment zones and RAF air deployment zones.

Changed the German armored trains and JU52s to deliver extra resources instead of supply.
Added supply locations to German reinforcements locations.

I have updated the various grey vs green vs red vs blue vs yellow scenarios to v2.0
Players must now purchase and deploy all units using the same amount of resources/command points for each side.
One small exception regarding Soviet naval units which must lend-lease British naval units for now.

In (old) Poland scenario Poles are low on supply already at turn 3. Only Katowice taken and small villages.

Changed forests to open terrain on roads.
Changed swamps to open terrain on roads.
Replaced dense forest with forest.
Doubled German resource income.

This should allow the Germans to blitz closer to Moscow.

I dont see possible for germany to win scenario Road to Lenningrad. In my game oponnent didnt defend to much other towns and focus on create strong defence around Leningrad. So i quick reach area south of Lenningrad (24 turn) but in 6 turn it was not possible to break such strong defence. I think problem is in bad designated VP for soviet and german players. Generaly in Order of Battles victory condition are weak resolved - you can only win or lose but there is nothin like marginal victory or major victory.

Are you playing the 2.0 Leningrad version?
There were a number of changes made to allow the Germans a better chance.
I may add more changes similar to the Moscow scenario v3.1.
