MP game kaput

I am playing a custom game with TheBaldEagle, name is The Red River. This is the second time we have tired this scenario and the second time it has gone crazy on us. When the turn is opened, the board is all scrambled and you can not do anything with the turn. I tired sending a ctrl-r but never got a confirmation it was sent.

Is there any way to have the turn restored from backup to Round 16? Scrambled turn is Round 17.

Is this even a possibility? If not, then I will have my opponent claim the game.

Just contact support[at]slitherine.co.uk with your question, they maybe able to help, as the server team will have that sort of information, which i don't i'm sorry to say so can't advise

We can only restore the previous move. If you last turn was the 10th we can restore the 9th, but not the 8th.

The last turn was around the 5th. If that is too far back, I understand.

The turn online says Round 17. So each of us has had 8 plays each. I think we are actually still playing Turn 1 in the game. I'm a little confused also.

I noticed the issue on the 5th of Sept.

So, I guess we need the turn restored to Round 16, if that can be done.

You'll need to provide the name of the scenario you are playing, and the username of the players involved.

I apologize for the delay in addressing this problem.
Do you remember if you were using sticky bombs (or magnetic bombs)? Sometimes they're known to give problems in MP, in the current version.

I was not using them, not sure if my opponent was using them or not.

Hi! I have the same problem, playing MP game with MrZarbiwayne. He used sticky bombs on his last turn.
