Thanks to Vlad and Ursa from the steam community forums for this! They've put together a spreadsheet with lots of raw data about the ships for the different races to help you with choosing your race and planning out your future conquests!

Speed rating is based on highest speed I could get on the hull with just engines Max tech available, no other mods just to get a feel for its speed vs. the other races ships.

Max cargo blocks and weapon hardpoints.

Weight is hull completely empty.

BTTB: Base time to build. Industrial points needed to construct the base hull.

Cargo, Engine and Weapon are the total amount of blocks available to each hull in each category.

Weapon hardpoints lists as Omni(top dec 360o arc and port(left) and starboard(right) weapon hardpoints.

Fighter speed testing was done with TRE and dual TRE engines only using titanium armor.

Fighter Weapon hardpoints are Max of all weapon types and do not give complete weapon capability, just potential weapon setups.
