Science Domination works fine, from what I can see.

Why didn't it work with the save I gave you than?

I honestly do not remember. Might look at it once more, but most likely some conditions were not there.

So, finally there just no consensus on the most important features, so the best solution would be to do it all and something more.

As I need to pick something to start with anyway, I'll proceed like this:

Top three are:
- Bigger diversity of planets and their characteristics
- Automation of building/replenishment of small ships.
- More technologies, especially "civil" ones

Med-priority are:
- Rally-points for fleets.
- More FTL types
- New race (with completely different properties, type of planets required, etc)

Lower priority:
- Battle arena
- Tactical combat-related features (more weapon types, capital ships formations, more commands, etc)

In the meanwhile, I'll be also working on other smaller features (smaller in terms of effort, not necessarily in terms of gameplay), like changes in Science mechanics, ground combat, etc

Thanks!

Um, he simply said he doesn't remember the details of when he did look at it. You are putting words in his mouth.

No, it's you commenting on something you have no clue about.
Almost a month ago I've posted a bug report and a save on the Russian forum. Vladimir acknowledged getting the save, but have never got back with the explanation (or anything). Now I've asked on the official forum and Vladimir is saying he doesn't remember. So he obviously didn't bother to check - twice, - first time either the save or with me about the result, second time either his records or the save before answering. That's why a bug tracker is desperately needed.
BTW, the bug report contained two part - first about a Science Domination not being triggered, second about user interface not matching the manual and not allowing to clearly check the conditions of Science Domination.

Maybe my English is not that good. But what I said that I checked it, there were not all conditions met (as far as I remember). Everything was fine with the trigger itself.

Thanks for providing the saved game anyway.

And once again, please do not make this thread (that is about future plans) into something different.

Your future plans are all about painting a rusty car (figuratively speaking). Clean the rust first or the paint will be just wasted.
Also - start (really) answering in other threads, and nobody will touch your precious one.

I would like to see:
1. More flexible victory conditions
2. A better save game system.

Get this stuff into the menu options where players have easy access to it:

There is such hidden option, can possibly be available via "advancedsettings".

2. Option to increase/decrease habitable planet frequency when setting up the game.

Same

3. A button to move the last item added to the production queue from the end of the queue to the beginning of the queue. The current method of dDragging is clumsy since you also have to wait on the list to scroll.

4. Planets should have differing "levels" of environmental friendliness and each races ideal environment should vary as well. Apparently, right now, all races have the same habitation requirements and like the same kind of planets equally. Even a little variation would be more seemly.

Do you still expect 1.04C w/some fixes to be released this week? I was really hoping to be able to play some this weekend. :) :) :) :) :)

I would also like the warp lines to be brighter. I often have trouble seeing them.

We could use some simple, quality of life type additions like putting the name of the planet and star where the battle is being fought on the battle screen. Information stuff like that. Rally points for production is another big need.
