Page 100 has an explanation of P.O.A, I am just trying to confirm I am reading it correctly, "if a base is fighting at a net + the opposing base fights at a -"
To give a real situation, I have " Medium Impact foot uphill in initial impact phase with Pike in the open "
Impact foot uphill has POA+++ Pike in the open has POA++ (a net + to the Impact foot)
So Impact foot have an advantage and need a 4 to hit and Pike a disadvantage and need a 5??? is this correct
