Rather than find my old topic and necro it, I thought to keep it simple and inquire:
Is direct MP still planned and when might it be expected?
Thanks for what I now regard as the best game of this generation.
Best,
Jim

Re: Direct MP?
It is still on the wishlist, but it has a lot of UX work around it and we are still trying to make sure we get it right

Re: Direct MP?
Any hints as to what parameters you plan on using such as time limits per turn or troop/map restrictions?

Re: Direct MP?
I don't imagine we would have any limitations, it would be the game as is now, but you would remain in the battle as the enemy moved their troops.

Re: Direct MP?
All armies and all size/type maps ? Sounds great!!
No turn limit may be problematic.
I suppose you could always just quit the game if your opponent got antsy and stepped out to get a sandwich during the game.
Still. a turn time limit may be what's needed to keep everyone in their seats.
I have a bad feeling you'll get everyone's opinion AFTER you release it.

It is a given that whatever we release some people will find it inconceivable.
