X box one sin and sacrifice

Hi everyone first off want to say im in love with this game its is epic and satisfies my space strategy mind!!!
My question is, is sin and sacrifice out on x box one in the states for a dlc down load? I cant seem to find it anywheres on x box apps or under the base game download... i want fleet chatter hahaha... thanks anyone who can answer my question.

You can either buy it there, or search for Battlestar Galactica Deadlock, and then look at the associated DLCs (on the Xbox One store).
