odd message re scripts used by opponent

Anyone know what this is all about? Should I be concerned?

Was just coming on to report the same thing.

This occurred several turns into the game.

EDIT: My opponent claims to have been using a mod that may have caused the issue. It's been fixed now; I didn't get the message on loading their next turn.
