Apparently no matter how much production you have, you cannot exceed the production of one unit per turn for any given facility.

While in most scenarios this is not much of a problem, there are scenarios where it will be.

Seeing how the Space-Marines funnel all resources from the map into their one and only city, they should easily be capable of having enough resources to produce more than one unit per turn, given they build enough production-buildings for that particular type.

If you combine that with playing on faster game-speeds, the issue amplifies as the production-requirements for each individual unit go down.

For Impossible-AI with +50 Loyalty this issue is amplified yet again.

In this scenario the one unit per turn per city per faciltiy-type becomes a boon to their production-capabilites compared to other races, who, while potentially suffering from the same issue, at least have the chance to distribute their unit-production over several cities.

So I think the limit of 1 unit per facility-type per city per turn shall be lifted and the AI be adapted to queue several units in the case their production-output exceeds the units cost (given they can afford it).
