AI Fleets too BIG!

I know this was tweaked in the last patch. However, you will need to get that wrench out of the toolbox again and give it really big twist.

In one game Macedonia has a 400 strength when even a 200 strength fleet would have been way too much. I am seeing it in pretty much every game I am in.

Even small mountainous nations which border a lake have bigger fleets than armies..lol.

Of course, I don't know how much of this fleet considered of free ships obtained by an option.

Sorry, but i disagree... the fleet number might be high compared to army numbers, but they in no way interact. A 400 fleet is "only" 16 warships... not even heavy warships. That is a decent amount in the Greek seas where naval dominance is paramount... If Egypt cranks out a decent amount of their special ships a number double that is easy...

Know that the AI should not blow its budget on ships, even if since a few patches significantly more resources are now dedicated to 'ruling the waves'. If you are an old Empires player, you might remember that before 1.03, only players had ships, barring a few AI light ships and it was easy, trivial even, to gain sea dominance. I got several justified complaints about that, as the AI lost also a lot of transported troops. Since 1.03, nobody says the AI is still giving up too easily the sea

I got smashed several times with opposing fleets. One fleet had something like 60 ships. It killed my fleet, but then I built a fleet of 1260 power and nothing has been able to stand before it.
