Empty Enemy Hex

I've already noticed this bug a few of times but couldn't remember how this happened.
This time I know for sure that an enemy heavy cavalry unit made a charge from this hex but died during its action. It left its empty original hex with an active zone-of-control.
The hex can be cleaned by saving and reloading, so it's no big deal.
