Hi Guys.
After expanding the game to the onslaught campaign my game crashes during loading.
Is there a general fault in the game or ami I duing something wrong.
Before updating I have never had any problems.
Best wishes Rudo500

Re: Fantasy General Crashes
Are you running Windows 7 ?
The game & (Onslaught dlc) runs great on my 'Win 10', but...only the base game runs on my 'Win 7'.
The Onslaught dlc starts to load, but fails. Though it did load once.
My Win 7 is a gaming laptop, so is not...inadequate, though I tend to turn off much of the in-game fluff anyways.
I will add, apparently the 'Onslaught' dlc is crashing due to "ShaderProgram is unsupported" in the crash files.
Weird, because I can run the base game with no issues. (per my Win 7)

Hello!
I have got the same problem. It starts after visiting the "Krells Tower". In the next map the problem starts after visiting the lab, where you can mix the liquids...

@Rudo500: What exactly is happening? Is it crashing to desktop or just loading indefinitely? In Campaign / Onlslaught?
1. If it is crashing to desktop during onslaught please make sure that you fulfill the min specs (2GB VRAM) and if you do try lowering your graphics settings or updating graphics drivers.
2. If it loads indefinitely, there is currently one known bug where standing on a tile with a repeatable dialogue will cause such behaviour, this will be fixed with the next patch. Until then try to avoid saving while a unit is on such a tile.
@eddieballgame:
Same as rudo 1.: First thing to check does your laptop graphicscard have 2GB VRAM (Especially on mobile these can often be scaled up and down with a setting). If you meet that we would like to get some log files from you (The output_log and crash log from "HOW TO REPORT BUGS OR SUPPORT PROBLEMS").
The reason Invasion works but Onslaught doesn't has until now never been a problem with Win7, it is only the first "campaign" that uses procedural maps which use the full 2GB VRAM to generate them. This causes crashes for users < 2GB and some, especially older graphics drivers, seem to just bug out and report out of memory although enough is available.
@Deggat:
You seem to be expierencing 2. (Endless loading screen). Until the final patch can be released please avoid saving / loading a game where a unit is standing on e.g. the lab
