Help! cmd box jargon

I can play CEAW perfectly, I can Play CTGW perfectly but I cant get CNAW beyond the select memory box. I know its my monitor out of range as it comes up with input failure. I have changed everything but to no avail the only result I can get is this after I drop my tv refresh rate to 30hz. Can anyone help me? Its says it set the display mode. My DOS ain't strong I have no idea how to get around this. ( btw min I can set the tv ( monitor ) to is 1280x720 ) Also running latest JAVA version 8 update 25 at time of posting.
