The plan was to release today but in final store testing this morning a serious multiplayer bug was discovered so we'll have to wait for that to be resolved and tested. Sorry for the delay.

Units were able to attack themselves and you could quit without saving, and reload the game which would trigger the automatic cheat detection, mark you as a cheat and lock you out of the game. Not sure why these broke but fixing them now.

FoG(U) v2.4.01.1030 GM1d(5) was handed today containing the MP game quit modification (during the whole beta you could quit a MP game without saving, but we've modified this to now it saves the current situation on the server) and some other minor fixes.

The build's thread [BLD] v2.4.01.1030 (GM1d)(mod) release build was updated with a link to the latest build beta version and info for all the GM released builds prepared these days.

And a link to the Field of Glory (Unity) pre-release announcement thread.

Wonderful news. Very well done Cothyso :D I can shave off my beard now, which I had sworn to keep until the new FOG arrived. Just as well: it kept tripping me up.

After all this time, I have my original serial numbers but not the download links. How do I obtain them?

They're all in the download. You just need to input your serial numbers.

Here is another small question... If we are running the current Beta, will it auto-update to the "officially released" build once it made available? Or will we need to download again, and from where?

In the same vein, how will the editor become 'live' ? There's no mechanism right now to convert scenarios from RB either. (there used to be one)

The current build won't auto-update itself, but you will have to download the new release version as soon as it will become available. You're welcome! And you would help us even more if you'll wait to buy any addons you don't already have after the FoG(U) would be released (as only from then on we'll start receiving anything from FoG).

I know, I know. Guilty as charged. I really don't have time for updating the remaining save scenario data gathering screen right now, with the launch and all its associated asap work on my hands. As soon as we'll have the release build, and any eventual critical problem covered, I get back on updating the Editor (and add triggers in scenario file format, as I'll be there).

In the mean time, you should still be able to convert legacy FoG(RB) scenarios via keyboard shortcuts while being in MainMenu (as always):
- RALT + F5 -> converts legacy scenarios
- RALT + F7 -> pack files separate
- RALT + F8 -> pack files

I followed the procedure outlined here
